O is for Opportunity – Learn more about ERC's work and students' rights by participating in our tailored, community-based training sessions. These sessions are customized to address the unique needs of each community we serve, offering an opportunity for families and community members to engage and learn more about education rights.

P is for Programs – ERC extends a helping hand to Nebraska families through direct representation in juvenile court appointments and for families–who meet our financial guidelines–that reach out to us for help through our consultation program. Anyone in Nebraska with a pre-kindergarten through 12th grade education question can reach out to us free of charge for a consultation. Consultations do not include legal advice.
