Our Children Deserve the Best
Walking into an IEP meeting for the first time can be overwhelming. Legal documents, acronyms, and rushed schedules can leave parents, teachers, and professionals unclear and frustrated.
Education Rights Counsel's mission is to remove legal barriers so all kids can stay in school and thrive. We do this by helping everyone involved in the IEP process navigate the complexity of our children's education rights. Since 2017, we have provided Nebraska's parents, disability advocates, attorneys, courts, and educators with a path toward resolution.
We all agree our children deserve the best.
